Sparkle up your Thanksgiving Dinner
I can't believe that Thanksgiving is almost here! There are so many things to be thankful for, like family, good health, friends, and so much more. Let's start by thanking you for being here! I appreciate you and hope our ideas inspire you to try something new, or to get crafty! This week we want to share with your our sparkly place settings for a gorgeous Thanksgiving table.
This project is so easy, but the glitter really takes a place setting from blah to beautiful!!! All you need to get started are word cut outs! Pick words like thankful, harvest, grateful, blessed, pretty much whatever you want to showcase on your table. Then add the glitter!
Let's take a closer look on how to get this project done, so you will be prepped with your table settings so you can focus on the food come Thanksgiving day. I am so excited to enjoy my favorites, hope you are too!
Supplies
You will need:
- Word Cutouts
- Glitter
- Mod Podge
- Paint
- Paint Brush
Instructions
You can begin by painting the cutouts with a color similar to the glitter that will be used for the word. Let dry.
Apply a thin coat of mod podge to the word cutout. Sprinkle glitter over the entire word. Let dry.
Seal as needed (this can be done using another coat of mod podge on top of the glitter). Let dry completely.
Ta-da! They are all done! Next we mix and match and finish the look for the beautiful table setting look!
