What material is the glitter made of?
Glitter Luv products are made with high-quality polyester glitter. The glitter comes in metallic, holographic, iridescent, glow, color shift, chunky, glitter shapes, custom Glitter, and more!

Can I send Glitter Luv products as a gift?
Yes, of course, we love it when people share Glitter Luv with their friends and family. Just make sure that the shipping address is the address of the person who you would like to have received the package.
When will my Subscription Box ship?
The subscription boxes are shipped out once a month on the 1st for both current and new subscribers. For example, if you purchase your subscription on September 16th, it will ship out on October 1st along with the rest of the monthly subscriptions.
How often/when will I be billed?
You will be charged at checkout for the purchase of individual glitters, collections, or crafting materials. If you ordered a monthly subscription box, you would be charged every 30 days. If you purchased a 3-month or 6-month prepaid subscription, you would be charged at checkout and receive the boxes for your chosen period.
When will my order arrive?
USPS First Class Shipping can take 4-5 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping can take 3-4 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
Fedex Group Shipping can take 5-6 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.
Processing time is 3 -5 business days before your order ships.
Monthly subscription boxes are shipped out on the first business day of the month following the payment.
Orders ship Monday-Friday.
Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders at this time due to the speed at which the orders are processed and sent to the warehouse.
What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery confirmation) at email@example.com with details/photos of the product and the defect.
We will fully examine the photos and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
Are there customs, taxes, duties and/or tariffs?
We are not responsible for any customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs. Unfortunately, we have no control over that; it all deals with laws and regulations in your respective country. All taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees relevant to you. Glitter Luv is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges requested during the shipment of your order.
